We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, and we’re happy to help. For any problems with the products please email us at info@sprinklemart.com for an exchange or refund.

Please note, you must have a proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or purchase history) for all exchanges and refunds.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can get a replacement or refund. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear, tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL

If you hope return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Sprinkle Mart is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

If the returned merchandise meet conditions of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, your refund will be processed and the corresponding credit will be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) .

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
